I had a wonderful stay at the hotel; it's located right in the heart of downtown, making it super convenient to explore. The rooms were cozy, but having two queen-sized beds was a big plus. The service was top-notch, with attentive housekeeping. The dining experience with traditional shabu-shabu was a unique treat. However, the facilities were a bit basic, and there are some areas that could be improved upon.
